HERA – Exchange & Return Policy
At HERA, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of quality and service. While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that there may be instances where an exchange or return is required.
Return & Exchange Window
We offer returns and exchanges within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your parcel. Any requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Conditions for Return or Exchange

Items will only be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Quality Concerns
If you receive a product with a quality defect or issue in workmanship, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Once a query is generated, our Quality Assurance team will evaluate the product.
If a major fault is confirmed, we will offer you either:

An exchange for the same product, or
-
Store credit for future purchases.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Customized or discounted orders

Stitched or altered items
-
Unstitched fabric collections
-
Lawn orders that are stitched
Complaints related to unstitched items must be raised within 7 working days of receiving the order. Complaints beyond this period will not be entertained.
Order Cancellations
Orders paid via Credit Card or Bank Transfer can be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of order placement. After this timeframe, the order will be processed and changes may not be possible.
